The Bestie Bag is the kind of carry-all companion you’ll want by your side everywhere you go. It’s a lovely curved, roomy shape, and the best part is that it’s designed to be tailored to you.

Want it a bit bigger for days when you carry half your house with you? You can.

Prefer something neat for popping out? That works too.

You can wear it cross-body or over the shoulder, with a sturdy webbing or fabric strap, and there’s a handy zip closure to keep everything safe inside.

And of course, we’ll be making ours in those gorgeous tapestry fabrics, the same ones from the Stylish Bag class that everyone loved. By the end of the day you’ll have a bag you’ll be proud to show off, and a very satisfying answer ready for when someone asks where you got it.

What’s included

Everything you need is provided: the bag pattern, the lovely tapestry fabrics, and all the notions. If you’ve got a special fabric of your own you’d rather use though, you’re very welcome to bring it along instead.

Who it’s for

This one’s perfect for a confident beginner. You don’t need bags of experience (pun absolutely intended), but if you’re comfortable at the machine and ready to get stuck into a satisfying project, you’ll get on beautifully.

Places: just 6, so it’s nice and cosy and you’ll get plenty of one-to-one help

Places are limited and these small classes do tend to fill up, so do book early to avoid disappointment.
