Ever wondered what a French seam is? how to insert an invisible zip? or how to get a great finish on a neckline? Then this comprehensive course is just for you!
I will show you lots of different techniques to really make your dressmaking stand out. During the course we will cover…

- Hems and hem finishes
- Darts and princess seams
- Gathers and using elastic
- Pleats and tucks
- Zips zips zips!
- Buttons and buttonholes
- Great neckline finishes
- Decorative stitching
- and much more!
You will create a series of samples to keep for future reference, to help you with your future projects. You will need to be able to use a sewing machine, if you have never used a sewing machine before then please do sign up for the Absolute Beginners Class
This course is over 6 sessions and will take place on a Sunday afternoon, once a month.
